Hold the line
Waves arrive every few minutes whether or not you're ready. Arrange squads into formations, set fallback points, and decide when your company is strong enough to push into the next zone.

Lead a mercenary company on the frontier of an endless war. Hire and train your people, hold your lane against the nexus, and keep the coin flowing. Your company keeps fighting while you're away.
Early playtest Windows only · one shared world · progress may be reset before launch
At the center of the world, a corrupted nexus pours twisted creatures, possessed soldiers and worse toward the nations around it. The war has no final battle. Nations advance and fall back, and some of them fall for good.
You command one company in that war: a few raw recruits at first, and later a hundred or more soldiers, workers and specialists. They have names and records, and they don't come back when they die.
Waves arrive every few minutes whether or not you're ready. Arrange squads into formations, set fallback points, and decide when your company is strong enough to push into the next zone.
Recruits become veterans by fighting, not by waiting. Train them into pikemen, archers, medics and rarer specialists, and decide who is worth risking at the front.
Captured zones hold timber, iron and farmland. Put crews to work, build forges and workshops, and get food, medicine and arms to the people who need them.
Companies serve a shared nation. Send troops and supplies to scheduled national battles that move the frontier for everyone. Nations cooperate against the nexus. There is no PvP.
Most of your people are ordinary soldiers and workers. The few recruits with magical aptitude can become healers, battle mages or enchanters, and they are hard to replace.
The world is persistent. Your company keeps defending, working and hauling while the game is closed. Check in for a few minutes or settle in for a long push, and read the report of what happened while you were gone.
Create your account here, then sign in with the same email and password in the game. Signing up founds your company in the shared world. It waits in preparation until you give it orders.
There is no email verification or password recovery during the playtest. Use a password you don't use anywhere else.
64-bit Windows 10 or 11. No installer and nothing else to install. Unzip the folder anywhere and run TowerDefense.Client.exe. The game connects to the live world automatically.
The playtest build isn't code-signed yet. If Windows SmartScreen warns you, choose More info → Run anyway.
